Personal and professional icon mentors are very important and influential in our lives, we often see them as superheroes!  Dr Roth considers some of his superheroes to be the physicians that have trained him throughout his wide-ranging medical experience. One, in particular, is Dr Jack Sheen, a close family friend and a preeminent Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who recently passed on at the tender age of  96. "Arguably the best Nose guy of his time," says Dr Roth.
Dr Roth goes on to answer listener questions - answering a number of them in a summary of the overall process of breast augmentation, potential challenges, and how Dr Roth and his team minimize or rectify any potential for complications. 
Other listener questions include asking about otoplasty. An otoplasty is a cosmetic surgery of the ears that corrects the abnormalities of the cartilage of the ear. This procedure allows Dr Roth to recreate a harmonious face if required. Surgical correction of prominent ears can be performed on adults, adolescents, and children.

Many have asked about postoperative surgery care, and why it's important? Dr Roth talks about how crucially important the need for great postoperative surgery care is. Here’s a taster for episode 8
A labiaplasty is a surgery to reduce the size of the labia minora – the flaps of skin on either side of the vaginal opening.
It involves shortening or reshaping the vaginal lips. The unwanted tissue is cut away with a scalpel or laser. The loose edges are stitched with fine, dissolvable stitches.
The whole procedure takes about 1 to 2 hours, and normally you go home the same day. Following your post-operative care is vital for your well-being. Over approximately ten days, you’ll experience your recovery back to normal daily life.
