The Vital Importance of correct postoperative care must never be underestimated. Full collaboration must at all time be proactive between patient, their surgeon, and care team.  A focused regimen that includes a healthy diet, good quality sleep, and if possible a non stressful environment are key-stones to looking good and feeling great on the road to a full recovery from any surgery. Last episode Dr. Roth talked about minimizing scarring, and he reiterates this once again in this episode...
